Topic: sVIP questions

Hello folks,

I am going to upgrade to sVIP and with it also comes some concerns...

1. Do the database queries are still limited?
(i know most companies even with unlimited are limiting the queries at 75k per hour)
2. The requests are also limited as in other packages hourly?
(on other packages are limited like 1k hits or so... don't remember)
3. Is it including also VPS reselling?
if so, what OS's are available? also specs.

More informations if possible from the users that are already have sVIP.

Thank you,
Daniel T.

Re: sVIP questions

Yes.You can resell VPSs. http://www.vps.me/

Re: sVIP questions

1./2. Yes, the service is still limited. YouHosting is not meant to sell premium hosting and removing account restrictions for  >95% of all signups would ruin the server uptime.
3. You can view the list of available OS here (somewhat outdated). Server specs vary per node but are generally mid range Intel Xeon processors.

I think you have to disable Addon domains, This will not work so good too, they paid for one account only!

Maximum size 400 characters long and 4 lines high.

I think that disabling Addon does not remove "create new account" button .

Re: sVIP questions

I contacted youhosting helpdesk today, the answer was "this is not possible to disable the button, and we are not planning to upgrade the cpanel in the near future" very nice..

I know this is awkward as they payed for 1 account and to be able to have unlimited accounts, at least to give us access to WHM so we can be able to edit the root our selves if they aren't going to , but i think they are using 1 single licenced account of X2 version which is very old administrating all the accounts in the sistem...

hmm

YouHosting doesn't use cPanel so there is no WHM.
